Criminal Law
You or a loved one has been charged with a crime. Of course you have questions. “What can we do? What are our options? What about bail or bond? Can I qualify for a diversion program? What about court? Were my constitutional rights violated? Can I be sentenced to jail? Is it possible to avoid trial? What about my record, can it be protected? What can I expect from the prosecutor? How will this affect my driver’s license?”
Where Experience Counts. . .
