Nat Kidder

A four year veteran of the Marine Corps and graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1979 and Stetson University College of Law in 1987. At that time, he joined the Office of the State Attorney, and became Division Director for the Misdemeanor Division as well as a felony prosecutor. In 1991, Nat became a founding member of the law firm of Kidder & Bennett, continuing to devote a substantial amount of his practice to criminal law, representing citizens accused of a wide array of criminal matters. Over the last twenty years Nat continued to expand his practice into family and marital law as well as appellate litigation in criminal and civil cases. Nat is admitted to the Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar, and the Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Nat is a member of the Canakaris Inn of Court for Family Law as well as the Pinellas Criminal Trial Lawyers Association. Nat is a Certified Family Law Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. Nat is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell, a rating reserved for those deemed “pre-eminent” by their peers.

William B. Bennett

After graduating with degrees in criminology and law from Florida State University in 1987, Bill joined the State Attorney’s Office as a misdemeanor lead trial attorney and then a felony prosecutor. Three and one half years later, he became the legal advisor to the City of Orlando Police Department and City Prosecutor as a member of the Orlando City Attorney’s Office. In late 1991, Bill joined Nat in forming the partnership of Kidder & Bennett, P.A.. Bill continues to be an active member of the criminal defense bar, representing citizens accused of criminal traffic matters, misdemeanors and felonies in all circuits in Florida. For almost twenty years, Bill has been an active participant in the family and marital law arenas, representing people in every facet of divorce, paternity and associated cases. Bill is a member of the Bar of the Middle District of Florida, the Florida Bar and the Pinellas County Trial Attorneys. Bill is Certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Family Mediation.
