Nathaniel B. Kidder

Nat is a four year veteran of the Marine Corps and graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1987. Joining the Office of the States Attorney, Nat became Division Director for the Misdemeanor Division as well as a felony prosecutor. In 1991, he became a founding member of the law firm of Kidder & Bennett, continuing to devote a substantial amount of his practice to criminal law, representing citizens accused of a wide array of criminal matters. Nat is admitted to the Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar, and Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. | |

William B. Bennett

After graduating with degrees in criminology and law from Florida State University in 1987, Bill joined the State Attorney's Office as a misdemeanor lead trial attorney and then a felony prosecutor. Three and one half years later, he became the legal advisor to the City of Orlando Police Department and City Prosecutor as a member of the Orlando City Attorney's Office. In late 1991, Bill joined Nat in forming the partnership of Kidder & Bennett, P.A.. Bill continues to be an active member of the criminal defense bar, representing citizens accused of criminal traffic matters, misdemeanors and felonies in both the trial and appellate courts. Bill is a member of the Bar of the Middle District of Florida, the Florida Bar and the Pinellas County Trial Attorneys. | |
